In Russia within the Moscow Office of Gide Loyrette Nouel he regularly advised international groups on various business law aspects of their investments in the Russian Federation, in relation in particular to setting-up of companies, acquisitions or joint venture projects in Russia.

In Paris, within the mergers and acquisitions/corporate department of Gide Loyrette Nouel, his practice focused on domestic and international acquisitions, in particular acquisitions of Russian companies.

Etienne Epron specialises in structuring foreign investments in Russia, advising on setting up joint ventures and negotiating shareholders’ agreements. He notably advised several major foreign groups on the setting-up of their Russian subsidiaries, including:
